HULL — The Hull Planning Board voted 4-1 to adjourn its July 22 meeting early after a dispute over draft minutes turned into a clash between Chair Meghan Reilly and Clerk Lisa French. Members approved the May 27, 2026 minutes 4-1, with French voting no, before getting stuck on how the June 10 minutes, drafted by Jillian Gallagher, should be edited. Vice Chair Abby Rose Klieman said corrections should be "really based on accuracy," while French said she understood her role as clerk included more substantive review.

After member Nathan Peyton called for "decorum," Klieman moved to adjourn; the board approved it 4-1 over French's objection. Reilly had warned earlier that "we'll be in an open meeting law violation if we continue to not post our minutes." The master plan discussion and 2026 goals review never came up. A related Zoning Board of Appeals hearing on "The Point" development was continued to August 11, 2026.
