Planning Board · Meeting of August 12, 2026

Hull Planning Board voted 5-1 to send a master plan critique to the town manager instead of directly to MAPC. Chair Meghan Reilly presided as the board first rejected, 1-5, Vice Chair Abby Rose Klieman's bid to send the subcommittee report straight to the regional planning agency under the board's own signature. Member Nathan Peyton said "I don't think we engage without having a better thought of what the next step is." Klieman said afterward her "concern is the glacial pace at which we are able to accomplish things." The board also approved four backlogged sets of minutes by votes of 4-1-1, 5-1, 5-1 and 4-1-1, with Clerk Lisa French dissenting on all four, before voting unanimously to enter executive session on an Open Meeting Law complaint and litigation over "The Point" project.
