Hull home sales span wide price gap in September

Nine Hull properties were recorded as sold between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with prices on seven of them ranging from $410 to $909 and a median of $680. The top recorded sale was 40 Samoset Ave. at $909 on Sept. 10, bought by Bryan S. and Elizabeth R. St Cyr from a trust. Two sales, at 27 Prospect Ave. and 2 Bluff Rd., have price not yet available in registry data. No street recorded more than one sale, and no sale topped $1,000 in recorded consideration. The data shows a mix of trust-related and family transfers alongside standard sales, with no basis in the available figures to call the period strong or weak relative to other months.
