Hull Records 12 Property Sales in September, Led by $987 Deed
Hull recorded 12 property sales between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Six of the 12 had a recorded price so far, ranging from $469 to $987, with a median of $596; the other six are still pending in registry data, which is normal for recently filed deeds. The top recorded sale was a Hull property listed without a specific street address, which sold for $987 on Sept. 2, followed by 40 Samoset Ave. at $909. Four of the 12 transfers moved ownership from an individual to themselves as trustee of a family revocable trust, and none of those carried a recorded price. Sales were spread across streets with no single corridor standing out.
