Hull recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only four carry a posted sale price so far, ranging from $500 to $779 with a median of $560; the rest await registry posting, typical for recent deeds. The period's top recorded sale was 9 C St. at $779, sold by Thomas W. Foye to Suzanne L. Young and Kenneth L. Kiel. Six of the 10 transfers moved property between the same family members or into a trust rather than to an unrelated buyer. No street saw more than one transaction, and property type wasn't specified in the deed data.
